6. COMPANY VEHICLES
Clients travel in the company vehicles entirely at
their own risk. The minibus service is gratuitous and
constitutes no part of the holiday price. If you
arrive /depart on incompatible flights you may incur
a wait at the airport or a transfer charge.
It is a condition of booking that all clients must have
full holiday insurance including cancellation, medical,
winter sports and third party cover. All personal
belongings of the client and ski equipment hired by
the client, are the sole responsibility of the client.
Subject to clause 19 we accept no responsibility for
loss or damage howsoever arising.
8. WEBSITE INFORMATION
The company website information is correct to the
best of our knowledge at the time of going live.
Information regarding the resort cannot be
guaranteed as changes can occur at any time
beyond our control.
9. THE PRICE OF THE HOLIDAY INCLUDES
- 7 nights accommodation
- Breakfast and afternoon tea on 7 days
- Those services and 6 days evening meals as
described on the website including catering for
children and special dietary requirements when prebooked.
10. THE PRICE OF THE HOLIDAY DOES NOT
- Flights or travel to and from France.
- Transfers to and from resort (Although in some
special cases we might have transfers included
within the holiday price. This will be stated on the
- Holiday and medical insurance
- Lift passes
- Ski hire and lessons
- Dinner on staff day off
11. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
Your room in the chalet will be available after 4pm
on the day of arrival on departure day must be
vacated by 10am. Storage facilities in the chalet will
be available if required.
We may on request be able to permit earlier access
or late departures but are not able to guarantee

13. CHILDREN IN SHARED CHALETS
For bookings of individual rooms in a shared chalet,
children under 12 years of age are required to have
high tea. Parents are requested to have
consideration for other guests and provide the
appropriate supervision of their children.
14. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
Mountain Lodge Adventures does not accept any
liability arising from bookings for extra services
provide by third parties, including, but not limited to,
taxis, passes or excursions.
Any bookings that Mountain Lodge Adventures
assist you with for the provision of these services are
subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the
service provider. Mountain Lodge Adventures does
not warrant the standard of performance of any
additional services. You take full responsibility for
satisfying yourself in advance as to the quality and
the provider‘s ability to deliver the services and will
address any complaints about the extra services
with the respective provider(s) directly.
15. WHEN ACTING AS AN AGENT
When making your booking for ski passes, airport transfers and/or ski school we will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the supplier (“Supplier/Principal”) directly.
As an agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services provided by the Supplier/Principal. The Supplier/Principal’s Terms & Conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they do contain important information about your booking. Please ask us for copies of these if you do not have them.
16. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in
possession of a valid passport and all necessary
travel and health documents before departure.
Information on health is contained in the
Department of Health leaflet T6 (Health Advice for
Travellers) available from your local Department of
Health office and most Post Offices, GP or by calling
the Health Literature line on 0800555777. Please
note that if flying into Geneva, Switzerland, this is
not an EEC member.
17. BROCHURE AND WEBSITE CONTENT
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the
information contained in our brochure,
supplementary documentation and on our website.
However, content is subject to change from time to
time. We shall notify you of any changes known to
us affecting your holiday prior to issuing you with
our booking confirmation. We are not responsible
for the content, policies and services of any sites
linked to or accessible via our website, as per our
18. PACKAGE HOLIDAY REGULATIONS
We are not an “organiser” as defined by the
Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package
Tours Regulations 1992 (“the Package Holiday
Regulations”) and do not accept liability under the
Package Holiday Regulations or otherwise for the
provision of services provided by third parties
whether or not booked by us on behalf of any
member of the chalet party.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We accept responsibility for the services we have
contracted to provide to you directly. Mountain
Lodge Adventures accepts no responsibility for the
acts or omissions of customers, whether negligent or
otherwise, and shall not be held liable for any claims
made against its customers either by other
customers of Mountain Lodge Adventures or any
third party. Our liability (except in cases of death,
injury or illness resulting from our negligence) is
limited in accordance with any relevant international
convention, for example, the Paris Convention in
respect of the provision of accommodation, which
limits the amount of compensation that you can
claim for death, injury, delay, loss or damage. We
are to be regarded as having all benefit of any
limitation of compensation contained in these or any
20. LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract between us and any matters arising
from it will be governed by and construed in
accordance with the non-exclusive law and
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
